Intense psychological support and ergotherapy
Despite Romania's economic growth, many people, particularly children, continue to live in poverty. The SOS Children's Village is located in the centre of Bucharest and serves as a safe haven for children in need of emotional help. Trauma therapy is a cornerstone of this care, as many of these youngsters have previously been through traumatic events in their lives. These children learn to cope with their anger, anxiety, sadness, and mood swings with the help of psychologists and proper therapy approaches. They are given the tools to heal through gentle yet rigorous relationship-building so that they can bloom into resilient and vibrant people. Additional therapy targeted at mending and strengthening these youngsters is made possible by the kind donations of the LR Global Kids Fund e.V.
