The NaRi association wants to give children and young people from socially disadvantaged families self-confidence and courage through kickboxing and self-defence courses in cooperation with Kickboxschmiede – so that they can move and assert themselves more safely in everyday life. Another focus of the course is aggression management: participants learn to deal better with their own emotions and resolve conflicts without violence.

Since many families cannot afford the participation fee, the project enables the children to take part in a course with great personal added value over about six weeks.
